The action European Cooperation Projects supports projects involving organisations in the cultural and creative sectors of all sizes, including micro-organisations and small-sized organizations, and from different countries to undertake sectoral or cross-sectoral activities.
European Cooperation Projects are open to all the cultural and creative sectors. However, considering that this action aims to pursue the objectives of the Culture strand of the Programme, projects involving exclusively organisations from the audio-visual sector and projects of exclusive audiovisual content are not targeted for funding under it.
Eligibility Criteria: Eligible Participants and Countries
Eligible applicants (project coordinator and partners) must be an organization that has been active in cultural and creative fields for at least 2 years and is a legally established organization in one of the Creative Europe countries participating in the Culture Strand.
The project coordinator must have (at least two years) the status of a legal entity, as of the deadline for submission of applications, and be able to present facts about being a legal entity. Individuals cannot apply.
Eligible Projects
Depending on the scale of the project, priorities and objectives, applicants can apply for:
For small-scale cooperation projects, the grant provided by the European Union must be no more than 200,000 euros (two hundred thousand), which represents a maximum of 80% of the total eligible costs. Projects must involve legally established organizations in at least three different countries participating in the Culture strand of the Creative Europe project: one project manager and at least two partners.
For medium-scale cooperation projects, the grant provided by the European Union must be no more than 1,000,000 euros (one million), which represents a maximum of 70% of the total eligible costs. Projects must involve one project leader and at least four partners legally established in at least five different countries participating in the Culture strand of the Creative Europe programme.
For large-scale cooperation projects, the grant provided by the European Union must be no more than 2,000,000 euros (one million), which represents a maximum of 60% of the total eligible costs. Projects must involve one project leader and at least nine partners legally established in at least nine different countries participating in the Culture strand of the Creative Europe programme.
In all cases, the maximum duration of eligible projects shall be 48 months.
The call deadline is the 13th of MAY 2025, Yerevan Time.
Proposals must be complete and contain all the requested information and all required annexes and supporting documents. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Funding & Tenders Portal Electronic Submission System.
